Life nowdays a super exhausting. We rarely get time to relax our mind and soul. So, it's a necessity to relax ourselves in that short period of time. The best way to this is to listen to 𝕄ð•Ķð•Ī𝕚𝕔.

Many of us would be already having the best of the playlist on different apps like Spotify or YT music. Music is not just a combination of different ℮â„Ŋð’ķ𝓉𝓈 and 𝓰ð“ļð“ļ𝓭 ð“ŋð“ļ𝓎𝓊ð“ĩ𝓞 , it's also depicts the 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠 of the person who writes it. When we listen to music we feel those 𝕖𝕞𝕠ð•Ĩ𝕚𝕠𝕟ð•Ī which the writer wants to convey. That's the reason we get attached to some songs or artist, because they are showcasing our internal emotions in one way or the other. 

Different researchs have shown that music helps in reducing anxiety, blood pressure. It improves our mental health issues, sleep quality, mental alertness and memory.
